Prison Fellowship Singapore is truly a volunteer-dependent ministry. God has blessed this ministry with hundreds of volunteers who have provided ministry to prisoners, discharged offenders, and their families since its founding.

Today there are Christian volunteers just like you who volunteer to lead Bible studies and in-prison seminars, mentor at-risk youth and discharged offenders, purchase and deliver gifts to children of prisoners at Christmas, minister to families of inmates, provide counseling and administrative support in PFS’s office and the Enrichment Centre respectively.

We believe that through the diversity and unity of volunteers and leadership from various local Churches, PFS can more effectively proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those impacted by crime at the local level.

Our desire is to engage the church and create a seamless structure focused on ministry. We believe that PFS must partner with the local church to participate in a special ministry to the "least of these" in response to Matthew 25:34–40. It is our desire to involve volunteers at all levels in the ministry and to provide opportunities to work inter-denominationally.

Prison Fellowship Singapore provides basic and specialized training for volunteers.
