SPOUSE MINISTRY

When an inmate is in prison, usually the spouse will suffer greatly. Family Life Ministries (FLM) aim at providing tangible, physical and spiritual help to the spouses of the inmates. It is also aimed at helping them adjust to life while their spouses are still incarcerated, including coping as a single-person parent and becoming self-reliant.

FLM will also provide support to the spouses through spiritual ministries like prayer and Bible study; practical ministries such as support groups and programmes like lunches, outings, IT courses, language skills, craft and vocational training and other practical help.

Eventually, FLM hope to reach them for Christ and help integrate them into good receiving churches who can understand their unique struggles.
