The Yellow Ribbon Walk & Fair 2007 was held on 2 Sept 2007.  It was officiated by the Prime Minister, Mr Lee Hsien Loong.  Before the Walk, Prison Fellowship
Singapore, Christian Halfway Houses, church volunteers and leaders joined in prayer and worship at the Pentecost Methodist Church.  It was a show of "Unity in Christ Jesus".  This show of unity inspired and touched all of us.  Sam Kuna of Teen Challenge reminded us of our role as visible witnesses of Jesus for Singapore.  With that, we joined thousands others at Pasir Ris Town Park for show our support for prisoners, discharged prisoners and their families.

We would like to welcome our new National Director, Mrs. Jeannie Chiu.  Engaged in Christian Ministry since 1986, Jeannie has had experience as a youth worker in both church and para-church settings, an associate editor in a Christian magazine, and a pastor in a mainline church.  She moved from her pastoral ministry to pioneer work in new areas of ministry amongst the grassroots.  In her leisure, Jeannie tinkers with new ideas and methods.  She is married to our Senior Prison Chaplain, Rev Dr Chiu Ming Li, and they have a 10-year old daughter, Kimberley.
